The maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) platform for the government's capital-intensive, long-service assets.

YARDOS is one system for the estimate, the work and the reporting. Ten years in maritime, built with the people doing the work.

Request a briefing

Maintenance at this scale runs across three organizations and a dozen systems.

The agency owns the asset. A prime services it. Layers of subcontractors do the work. Each keeps its own records, so the government sees schedule and cost drift after it has already happened, in a review, an audit or a report going up the chain.

YARDOS keeps the estimate, the inspection plans and condition found reports, and the executed work in one record.

It runs alongside the ERP and planning systems already in place, and shows every role what needs action next.

When growth work is found, it lands next to the number it changes. The estimator, the program office and the people running the job see the same status, updated as the work happens. Schedule and cost get managed while the work is underway, with time left to act on what you find.

YARDOS work items in one record

The same maintenance structure runs across the federal government.

Ships, aircraft, installations, civil infrastructure and fleets carry long service lives, multi-year MRO cycles and layered contractors. YARDOS was built for that kind of work.

Naval ship repair and modernization

Regional maintenance centers, public shipyards and the private yards under contract to them plan and execute availabilities in one record. Government and contractor work from the same scope, schedule and cost, updated as the availability moves.

Federal fleet operators

Coast Guard, Military Sealift Command, NOAA and Army watercraft programs maintain vessels across many yards. YARDOS gives the fleet owner one view of condition, work in progress and days out of service across the fleet.

Aerospace and defense depot maintenance

Depot-level sustainment of aircraft and ground systems follows the same cycle as ship repair. Condition found during teardown becomes growth work, estimated and tracked against the baseline.

Installations and facilities

Base public works, GSA facilities and agency real property offices run large repair projects across in-house staff and contractors. The same record carries the estimate, the inspection plan, the executed work and the report.

Public works and civil infrastructure

Locks, dams, utilities and heavy equipment under the Corps of Engineers and Bureau of Reclamation need multi-year maintenance programs with inspection records that stand up to oversight. YARDOS holds that record across the program and the contractors performing it.

Prime and subcontractor coordination

On any government maintenance contract with layered subcontractors, each party sees the status it needs and the government sees the whole picture. Role-based access on one record replaces reconciliation after the fact.

If you're running the program

YARDOS gives you one view of the entire maintenance operation.

MRO work at this scale already runs on many systems. YARDOS runs alongside them. Estimation, production tracking and reporting move through the same record, so the number you committed to and the work underway stay in view together.

If you're running the work

YARDOS tracks it, routes it and closes it.

Inspection plans, condition found reports and scope changes move through one system with routing, status and reporting built for how the job runs. Less time proving the same work three times. You still make the calls. The software carries the status.

Specialist AI works on the structure of the job.

Because the estimate, the work and the reporting sit in one record, specialist AI operates on the actual job, drawing on the inspection records and the change orders. The operator makes the final call.

Security is third-party assessed, and the evidence is public.

Certifications, deployment options, identity and encryption summarized here. Controls, policies and evidence in full at trust.yardos.us.

CMMC Level 2 is held and third-party assessed.

Oxalis holds a CMMC Level 2 certification, assessed by an accredited C3PAO and certified in March 2026. Level 2 covers the 110 security requirements of NIST SP 800-171 for protecting controlled unclassified information.

FedRAMP 20x is in process, and progress is public.

YARDOS is in process for FedRAMP 20x. Application status, assessment progress and current evidence are published at trust.yardos.us.

Deploy it hosted, or inside your own authorized environment.

YARDOS is a web application. Users work in a browser with no client software to install. Programs handling controlled unclassified or ITAR data deploy YARDOS server-side in their own authorized environment, in a government cloud such as AWS GovCloud or Azure Government, or on premises. Fully air-gapped deployment is supported.

Your data is isolated to your tenant.

Each customer's data is logically isolated at the tenant level, with tenant-scoped access enforced in the data layer. Administrators control users, roles and data for their own organization.

Access runs through your identity systems.

Single sign-on brokers to the agency's identity provider over OIDC or SAML, including Entra ID and ADFS. Authorization follows the agency's directory groups. Multi-factor authentication, password policy and session lifetime are set to the agency's standard.

Traffic is encrypted, and the platform runs without calling home.

All client traffic runs over TLS 1.2 or higher. YARDOS does not require internet access at runtime. Field devices keep working through network outages and sync when connectivity returns.

The full control set, policies and current evidence are published.

Built alongside the people doing the work, for ten years.

Our team has been on the vessels, walked the shop floors and sat in the contractor-customer meetings. YARDOS was built inside naval and commercial shipyards and is running in production today.

This same system, built in the yard and proven there, is now available to the federal programs that run their maintenance the same way.
